Cancel (Private Only)
Cancellation of an order is, as long as it has not yet been sent, free of charge.
If you wish to cancel the order after it has been shipped to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. India Mining Atelier.If you have already received a payment from us, we will refund the purchase price to you after receiving the receipt. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and unlocked immediately by the delivery agent).

Returns (for individuals only)
If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Sales Act (Article 7: 5 BW), the buyer has the right to cancel (part of) the goods delivered within 14 days of receipt without notice. You have 14 days left to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping. Also the costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging and without damages. If the goods have been used by the buyer, have been damaged or in any way damaged, the right to dissolve within the meaning of this paragraph shall expire. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order."
The right to dissolution, as described in the previous paragraph, relates only to the goods delivered and will in no case relate to services such as customized products commissioned by the client such as tube caps, roller cages, hoods, biminitops, deck sails, Tents and other custom-cut or sawn products such as rope, boat towel, aluminum rails and similar products.

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to Minnaaiatelier.Nl to be made known through the form below. Dit kan via e-mail of post. In this case you must state your full name and invoice number.
For repayment of amounts already paid (in advance) we need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: The account number you provide for the refund must be equal to the account number of which you pay to the Minnaai studio.Nl has done. Your i.v.m. Possible refunds fraud.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within 14 days.
