Right of withdrawal
If there is a consumer purchase, in accordance with the Distance Sales Act (Article 7: 5 BW), the buyer has the right to cancel (part of) the goods delivered within 14 days of receipt without notice. You have 14 days left to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping. The costs for returning from home to the webshop are at your own expense. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the vendor with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging and without damages. If the goods have been used by the buyer, have been damaged or in any way damaged, the right to dissolve within the meaning of this paragraph shall expire. To use this right, you can contact us via info @ mining studio.Com or fill out the return form and send us. We will then refund the due amount within 14 days of registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order."
The right to dissolution, as described in the previous paragraph, relates only to the goods delivered and will in no case relate to services such as customized products commissioned by the client such as tube caps, roller cages, hoods, biminitops, deck sails, Tents and other custom products.

- Services of which the implementation, with the agreement of the consumer, has begun for the term of 14 working days
- Goods or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market, on which the supplier has no influence
- Goods that are manufactured according to consumer specifications, for example custom made, or which have a clear personal character. This also applies to matte products such as boat towel, rope and other custom made products.
- For goods or services which can not be returned by their nature, for example i.v.m. Hygiene or spoilage or aging
- Audio and video recordings and computer software that the consumer has broken the seal
- The delivery of newspapers and magazines; For betting and lottery services
